Thirty-Six Degrees -- ok , we get i t!

OK. . we know winter is coming !   But to drop from 76 to 36 in 24 hours is a little extreme! Very cold -- BRR! Very sunny though.  We have three care partners coming today  They will enjoy the warmth of the house, let me tell you. Cell phones will be ringing from all quarters.  Seems like their phones wait until they come to the house.

We got some pretty good news today on our grant proposal -- I'll write more about that later, so it has lifted my mood a lot. Stay tuned.

Life is good!  We may try to get out a bit soon.  I have divided my dizziness categories into 3 or 4 (4 unknown and untested yet).  Category one is my body asleep or level -- no dizziness at all.  Category 2 is up and walking slowly -- very slowly .  Category 3 is when the dizziness begins and comes up quickly.  Then the nausea begins.   Category 4 would be up to driving the car and being as "normal" as can be. We are hoping to have a get-together in early October which I am looking forward to.  Nothing stressful. . . . just a casual thing.

Have no real news . hair is mainly gone in the back but still with me in the front.  I will not be ready for a photo! Patrick calls it my big comb over!  I do have he wig so there are advantages.  All for now!

Love,

Peggy

  1. Hey Peggy, BRRRR . . . I am freezing, too! I am sorry to hear that you are sportin’ a comb over ‘cause that must be pretty chilly. But I’m sure you look stylish, as usual! And the dizziness sounds difficult so I hope that one of the carepartners will come up with some ideas. I bet you feel drunk all the time (but without the fun of being drunk!). on to the happier news . . . that’s great to hear that you have some good news on the grant proposal. Hoooooray!!! Fill us in when you get a chance! Thanks for the update—sending you lots of good thoughts! : ) michelle
