Ostomy

Nurse Kristi today advised us regarding some things we will buy and things we need to do to make sure the leakages stop. I hope they work.  

Pain is a 4 out of 10  today --around the wound and bag opening --due to skin irritations --so my blood pressure was up to 134, normally 112 or lower. (I am blessed with low pressure.)  It will go down once the pain meds kick in. 


Thanks to everyone who has sent emails and notes.  You guys are so supportive and it makes me feel so good to hear from you.

Got my jumper today -- took a long time coming.  I can now feel normal. 


We are so excited about the Chilean miners being rescued~!  How wonderful.  Now that is a seminal event.

Only 5 more days on my chain.
