Pain and Noise. Even hunger. Someone should invent a pain pill which lasts 12 hours --at last 8 -- so I don't have to get up every 4 hours to take a pill. Now i am wide awake. The Fentanyl last 72 hours but i need the hydrocodone as well.
Plus the wound vac is making sputtering sounds which are keeping all of us awake. . it is like a little engine. We are hearing this more often now. Maybe there is nothing more to suck out? Hope that is the reason but the nurse said we are at least two weeks away from removing it. Maybe she is wrong.
Patrick fixed me a Carnation instant breakfast which takes away the hunger pretty instantly. Oh well, time to start the day. Thank goodness for the internet. I have a feeling today will be the one-step back when we were moving forward but I don't want to be negative.
