We were tendered to Belize and took a tour of "Bayman City."  We visitied a rum distillery, saw pirates fight, learned about their culture and witnessed some crushing poverty.  We did not buy anything here.

Costa Rica was our adventure into the rainforest and brother did it rain.  It was like a monsoon.  We took a bus ride to a banana plantation and then a boat ride along the Costa Rican canals.   We saw a couple of sloths, an alligator and some birds.  Bananas are the #1 crop of Costa Rica.
