OK, let's get a little air conditioning going here -- it is going up to 82-85 today! LOL!
Here are the Palmers on our porch for breakfast and at Mayo in front of one of the art works (fountain). We had a great time with them and saw Bland Holland over at Casablanca Inn (his second week as manager !). Shopped St. Auggie and saw Wall Street, Money Never Sleeps (they did, I fell asleep), went to the Farmer's Market -- Jim should have had a truck!
Health status is fine. I return to St. Augustine for blood work Tuesday at 10 and then Elaine is coming into town followed immediately by Susie. Whirlwind Guest-o-Rama. Then we plan our Vegas trip for my birthday (late march). Cannot wait!
Still plenty of open dates if you want to come down and visit!
Love,
Peggy
Hi Peggy-Another great update . . . .glad to hear such good news about your health! Hope you’ve been feeling good and having lots of energy. I know you’re having a great time with your guests! That’s really neat that Bland is down there now. Small world, huh? Wow, that’s fun that you have a farmer’s market to load up on veggies—yum! Oh, and I really like your photo of the Palmer’s relaxing on your porch . . . of course, I noticed Reese peeking up from the background, too. Very cute! Did he and Allie finally get used to your grass? I hope so! it’s finally been warm here (don’t know if it will stay this way) and we’re really enjoying it. Some flowers are even coming up in the yard. Hope your classes are going well! School is kicking my butt right now—I know your classes are a lot more interesting than mine. How is the cancer class? Is it helpful info (like right now, for your treatment) or is it mostly history? Either way, I’m sure it is interesting! Hi to Patrick and, of course, Reese and Allie! :) Michelle
