The chemo technician said I would not lose my hair -- it would thin, but no need for a wig!
Here are some photos . Can you tell we got a new camera? The glass artist is Dale Chihuey from Ireland donated by the Davis family who own Winn-Dixie . Can you believe this is a clinic? We will add some more photos of their art work which has been donated to Mayo and surrounds you on their walls and in the rooms.
Glad to hear the platelet counts were good. Hope you continue to get good news.
ReplyDeleteHi Peggy, I love reading your blog and getting good news! :) Glad you were able to go ahead with chemo . . . I know it’s hard when the wbc’s are not cooperating. And at least you were able to take a nap. Also, good news about your hair! I am amazed by the art. Absolutely beautiful! Thanks so much for posting photos—you both look great! That’s fun that you have a new camera to enjoy. We recently got a new one, too, and we cannot believe how much better the photos are on this camera. Hope your week is going well . . . and I know you’ve heard this a million times but I am so glad you are in FL instead of here in the snow! :) Michelle
