We're Home

Hello from Weaverville. . We’re back at Home!!! . Yes. Home for a few hours with a million drugs. Looks like a pharmacy   Makes me think of Alice.  Some pills make you throw up while others make you dizzy but most make you feel awful and some make you into EGGPLANT.

Got my new hospital bed (right ‘cheer in the living room), a portal-potty Not to used in the LR!)
Well, Patrick is the biggest shining star & I hope you enjoyed his tale about the Canine Caper. . An idea provided by one of “nameless nurses.  He really needs a break.  As do all of service men an women on their day today.

Chemo is far worse that I imagined.  I thought this surgery to was to be exploratory so spent zero time research Chemo ahead of time.  Tomorrow (FRI), Sat, Sunday, Monday will be spent getting to know my insides-out again.  It is so very anxiety producing.

Believe it or not I am tired by just writing this..  I am trying to get out thank you notes to everyone but some days it just seems overwhelming.  I hope you understand !!  I so appreciate the gifts!!

We leave for Florida on November 20th.  Patrick’s b-day and it is a big one!)

  2. We're so glad you came home and can now recover a little at home before the trip to Florida. Tell Patrick to keep up the good work and to be sure to take care of himself. Our love and prayers go out to both of you.
