Today is a perfect example of why people choose Western North Carolina for their retirement area. Clear skies, 72 degrees and all those turning leaves at higher elevations. Our view will be at peak in about 2 weeks and I'll post some photos.
Went shopping today and bought several pairs of large elastic waist band pants to allow for the wound vac and bag. Finally have more than one outfit to wear outside as I await my jumper.
Very intrigued by a new cancer center in Daytona Beach --and thanks to Jean in Palm Coast for sending the article to us! We'll work with Dr. Lukas to see where would be the best treatment center for this type of cancer and will ask about this one.
